About
Emotions is a network dedicated to organizations – film production companies, music publishers and literary publishing companies – that accompany creators. In providing resources, expertise and opportunities for collaboration, EMOTIONS strengthens their ability to support artistic creation and to ensure the dissemination of cultural works. In promoting synergies between artistic disciplines and in structuring a dynamic ecosystem, EMOTIONS optimizes the journey of cultural works from conception to widespread reception.
Its ambition: to contribute to the bringing together of talents, to stimulate cross-disciplinary exchanges and to foster a new artistic intensity. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in musical publishing, EMOTIONS now extends its expertise to literary and audiovisual works, developing a transversal approach.
EMOTIONS currently brings together several partners pursuing a rigorous and independent approach: Les Éditions de L’Herne, iconic publishing house of literature and critical thinking; ONLIT Éditions, dedicated to contemporary creation; Big Trouble in Little Belgium, an audiovisual production cooperative advocating alternate models; and Strictly Confidential, a major player in independent music publishing. Together, they form a dynamic economic system where ideas, formats and artistic sensitivities meet.
Labelizing works and developing their audiences, EMOTIONS creates bridges between artists and the public. A dynamic that encourages openness, exchange and a shared sense of belonging to the values upheld by the creative works.
